Direct the activities of interior and graphic designers on the Color Marketing and Design team to provide a full range of interior and exterior color support services across key customer segments. These segments include New Residential, Property Management (Multi-family, Healthcare and Hospitality), Commercial, Protective & Marine and Product Finishes.

Director, Color and Design Services Key Accountabilities:
Set strategy and manage a 17 member Color and Design Department.
Direct the completion of over 9,000 design projects in support of our sales force, as well as our professional customers as outlined above.
Provide strong color support and expertise for marketing communications efforts, including advertising, public relations and trade show efforts.
Offer color support and design guidance for our HGTV, Pottery Barn, and Wayfair partnerships.
Provide color proofing for new color palettes, displays, promotional materials as required.
